What do you like most?
All important functions for the employee are accessed directly from the mobile phone and all interactions between manager and employee are clear and easy to follow. A big plus for the fact that learning and appraisals are an integral part of skills development for both the individual and the organisation.
What do you like least?
We also searched for ready-made courses, but this is not available in Grade's product portfolio today. However, they were able to guide us to create our own templates and e-learnings in the platform and use ready-made material from various public sources, including Grade's own customers. This saved us money overall.
What business-critical problems do you feel Grade Talent solves?
Biggest problem we solved was that we went from 3 systems before to 1 system from Grade. This makes us at HR less dependent on our own IT and saved time and money on integration costs and coordination. Ease of use Support and support Mobile Value for money Overall
