What do you like most?

Very user-friendly even for the completely non-technical with low digital maturity. Everyone understands what and how to use the system. There are no support questions from users to deal with.

What do you like least?

Nothing really, actually. Evercate does what it promises, and what I as a customer expect.

What business-critical problems do you feel Evercate solves?

Have used Evercate mainly to train external. It looks very different with what email addresses they have, how big companies they come from, how many they are to have and how they should be followed up. With Evercate, it has gone well to handle all the different scenarios that have emerged and users have always been satisfied. The key to good results. It is also valuable to have a system that can be used for everything from simple but important information dissemination to advanced e-learning programmes.

What do you like most?

It's very easy to work in Evercate and you can reach the right people in the stores. But above all, the follow-up is worth its weight in gold. It's not just a lot of numbers, but a clear follow-up that you can actually do something with.

What do you like least?

Not really a problem. But if I have to say something, it's a bit of a trade-off that it's so easy to get content out quickly without having to think about layout or design. It does its job well, and is certainly neat and educational, but sometimes I wish I had more control over some small details.

What business-critical problems do you feel Evercate solves?

In our chain, many store managers sometimes have their own ideas about how things should be or how important certain information is. With Evercate, we get past them and can control that the store staff get the right campaign information, for example, so they sell more of the campaign goods and so it is exposed correctly. In addition, it becomes measurable, which means that we can adjust how we work and actually get the results we want. Before, it was a lot of shooting wide and hoping it hit the mark.
