What do you like most?

Eurekos impresses as a modern and practical learning platform that has been specially developed for the diverse requirements in the area of learning and development. Particularly noteworthy is the consistent further development of the platform - always with a clear focus and practical benefits. Every new function seems to arise directly from real needs: Whether classroom training, online training or blended learning formats - Eurekos offers well thought-out and flexible solutions. What particularly characterises Eurekos is the close cooperation with the team. You don't feel like a customer, but like a real partner. Support responds quickly, is solution-orientated and always at eye level. Individual use cases are discussed and implemented together - you realise that they don't just sell, but think along with you. Overall, Eurekos is a powerful, user-friendly and continuously developed platform that is ideal for use in modern learning environments. Highly recommended!

What do you like least?

To be honest, there is nothing that I really "dislike the most". As with any technical system, there are of course minor bugs or technical challenges after updates from time to time - but the team always responds quickly and in a solution-orientated manner. I find it particularly positive that Eurekos is currently focussing more on expanding the administration functions for face-to-face courses and blended concepts. Some of the things we are still missing are very specific to our internal processes and use cases - so this is more of an individual issue than a shortcoming of the platform itself.

What business-critical problems do you feel Eurekos solves?

Eurekos helps us to efficiently solve key business-critical challenges in the planning, implementation and scaling of our extensive training programmes. As a provider of a diverse course programme - from in-house training, classroom courses and online courses to blended learning formats - we benefit in particular from the central and flexible administration of all learning formats. This reduces the administrative workload enormously and gives us more focus on content rather than organisation. The platform also allows us to tailor learning content to different target groups, such as therapy teams or external participants, while achieving a high degree of automation in registration, participant management and documentation. In addition, Eurekos supports a rapid response to changes - for example when face-to-face formats need to be converted to online training at short notice - and its structured course management and reporting functions provide an ideal basis for ensuring quality and learning transfer in the long term. Overall, Eurekos is a central tool for us to strategically and scalably implement continuing education - both internally and for our partner institutions.

What do you like most?

That videos, interactions and similar things are distinct objects that can be managed (uploaded, updated, replaced) without changing the courses they are part of. This is unlike, for example, SCORM courses where everything is wrapped up in one big file. I also like the responsive support a lot.

What do you like least?

The logic of how different things point to each other (courses, activities, descriptions, etc.) is not always intuitive to me and I have to keep my tongue in my cheek when I post new courses or change things.

What business-critical problems do you feel Eurekos solves?

It's an incredibly reliable way to deliver video-based training to customers around the world. By using Cloudflare as their CDN, we can be almost 100% sure that any streaming issues customers may experience are due to their own network and connections.
