What do you like most?
That the platform has different levels of usability so that all layers of the organisation, regardless of the technical customer, can use it. There is an easy-to-use dashboard that is used by managers to create campaigns and an API that our technical team loves.
What do you like least?
That there will be less human contact, but this is more general for AI.

- Lead generation for our customers. Significantly better quality leads when an AI chat-bot collects them via a conversation, rather than the consumer having to fill out forms. - Internal knowledge bank, all knowledge is gathered in one place and can be accessed in an intelligent way.
