ecoDMS

ecoDMS is a DMS "Made in Germany" for archiving, managing and retrieving digital documents, including GoBD-compliant filing, OCR full-text search, versioning, user rights management and automation. It runs locally, in the private cloud or, if required, on a NAS and integrates with common office, mail and ERP programmes. ecoDMS is particularly well known for its transparent price structure (one-time licence) and its user-friendliness, especially for SMEs.

ecoDMS is primarily aimed at small and medium-sized companies, law firms, freelancers, associations and public institutions that are looking for a legally compliant, affordable and locally installable DMS. It is particularly suitable for organisations with clearly structured archiving requirements, but less so for large companies with complex, cross-departmental workflows or international rollouts.
