What do you like most?
Först och främst måste jag berömma det fantastiska team från Ebbot vi jobbat med. Från dag ett har dialog och support från Charlotte och Pierre hållit högsta kvalité. Det jag älskar med produkten är att den tar bort "onödiga" mänskliga interaktioner som enkelt löses med hjälp av bot och ai. Med det sagt har Ebbot utvecklat ett system som känns både vänligt och mänskligt för konsumenten, men där vi kan leverera sekundsnabba svar samtidigt som avlastar vår kundtjänstavdelning. Win-win.
What do you like least?
Just nu finns Ebbot enbart som webapp, där vi tror att en iOS/Android app hade varit grymt som komplement.
