What do you like most?
First and foremost, I have to praise the fantastic team from Ebbot we have worked with. From day one, the dialogue and support from Charlotte and Pierre has been of the highest quality. What I love about the product is that it removes "unnecessary" human interactions that are easily solved using bot and ai. That said, Ebbot has developed a system that feels both friendly and human to the consumer, but where we can deliver split-second responses while relieving our customer service department. Win-win.
What do you like least?
At the moment, Ebbot is only available as a web app, and we think that an iOS/Android app would be a great addition.

- Our customer service is relieved and can spend their time more effectively on other things - Many customers now use chat as navigation on the website, and can thus get direct answers to these questions
