What do you like most?
The almost infinite flexibility of the service, the good access to documentation and tutorials, the fact that everything is web-based and thus does not require installation and, above all, the very helpful, interested and pleasant support.
What do you like least?
At the beginning, I found the learning curve quite steep but I was greatly helped by the documentation.
