What do you like most?

Cumulus BI is a powerful and very affordable budgeting and forecasting tool that gives us full control over our financial flow. Implementation was quick and smooth, and Binovi's service-orientated team made it easy. The service is both user-friendly and flexible, making it easy to customise to our needs. With Cumulus BI, we work much more proactively and make more confident decisions. Cumulus BI is characterised by being truly user-friendly and at the same time extremely flexible - the service is shaped by the business, not the other way around. With a dynamic data model and high degree of customisation, we quickly gain full control, while saving time and reducing the risk of errors. With full integration with our financial system, we can easily drill down into details, all the way to vouchers, and retrieve attachments and invoices directly in the service. This provides unrivalled transparency and control in our daily work.

We have not experienced any weaknesses - Cumulus BI is a solution we recommend with full conviction.

Cumulus BI solves business-critical challenges by eliminating manual Excel processes, saving both time and money and reducing the risk of errors. It creates a clear and reliable picture of the numbers, providing better forecasting, stronger control and enabling more proactive decision-making.

What do you like most?

* Processes with Work-Flows and Approval * User-friendly (even for "non-economists") * Endless customisation possibilities * Short implementation time (extremely short if it is high quality data from the accounting) * Ease of combining production data from PowerBI and financial data from the accounting system * Cloud solution with 100% up-time

What do you like least?

* Some operations may of course be easier to perform in Excel, but as soon as the amount of information becomes too large for the normal user, Excel is not an option. * Some other systems have a better visualisation engine.

May lack some "drilling function" that exists in other systems I have used before May miss the possibility that the user can save their own layout on the report produced
