What do you like most?
Vi hade en gedigen kravspecifikation när vi sourcade HR system. Vi blev rekommenderade av Systemguiden att prata med bland andra Cegid och de imponerade mest på oss, så därför gick vi vidare med dem. Vad jag gillar mest är att de levererade på alla punkter de lovade att de skulle.
What do you like least?
För att få till allt vi ville göra så krävdes ett antal integrationer till andra system vilket var ett omfattande projekt i sig. Inte Cegids fel, men om jag ska välja något i processen jag gillar minst så är det den.

Systemet blev väldigt likt vår vision.

Som jag skrev tidigare så är användarvänligheten avgörande för att ett HR system ska användas. Det gäller både för administratörer, chefer och medarbetare. Nu har vi ett HR system som faktiskt används

Överlag är jag väldigt nöjd med Talentsoft och kan varmt rekommendera systemet. Det var en positiv implementationsprocess vilket överraskade.
What do you like least?
För att få systemet att fungera optimalt behöver det integreras till många andra system och det har varit omständigt. Inte på grund av Talentsoft dock.
