What do you like most?

Thanks to the system, we can now manage all adverts within one team and also make it much more flexible than before. I also like that a candidate applying to one of our subsidiaries can easily apply to all related companies at the same time if they find relevant positions elsewhere.

What do you like least?

It took some work to implement the system, but that's probably largely because we have complicated structures and needs. It turned out very well in the end regardless.

What business-critical problems do you feel Digital Recruiters solves?

The best part is that we have managed to centralise all of our recruitment needs across all of our subsidiaries which saves us a lot of time

What do you like most?

What I have really appreciated is the co-operation with Cegid. They have been committed to understanding our needs and setting up processes that suit us, which has been crucial to getting as much out of the system as we have.

I can't think of anything right now

What business-critical problems do you feel Digital Recruiters solves?

The needs of our operational departments are directly integrated into the system thanks to the guidance we have received from the supplier. We also really appreciate the possibility to give candidates a visual perception of the place they are applying for. It strengthens our employer-branding efforts.
