What do you like most?
The design is very good and the ability to parameterise and maintain the software almost entirely by yourself brings great benefits.
What do you like least?
Improved planning options. Especially for service providers who often work and plan by shifts and not by employees. Data management for service-centred planning is very high and inflexible, making it difficult to plan and invoice complex workdays (work changes during the day) The licence model is not suitable for certain industries.
What business-critical problems do you feel ATOSS solves?
The transition from service planning to invoicing was outdated and could not be supported and automated by systems, or only with difficulty. Atoss solves this problem and offers good opportunities to continue working with the resulting data.

What do you like most?
As customers, we value ATOSS time management especially for the efficiency and flexibility it brings to our work processes. The ability to record and evaluate working hours in real time helps us to optimise staff planning and better manage human resources. The user-friendly interface allows our employees to easily manage their time independently, which not only promotes personal responsibility but also significantly reduces the administrative effort in the HR area. In addition, the comprehensive reporting and analysis features are very useful as they enable data-driven decision-making. Thanks to the integration with other systems and the customisability of the software, we can easily map specific requirements and continuously respond to changes. The scalability of the solution is particularly valuable to us, as it works reliably both in smaller teams and in larger units operating in multiple locations.
What do you like least?
Flexibility in customisation: Adapting the software to particular company-specific processes can sometimes be complicated. Here, greater flexibility in configuration would be desirable to be able to react more quickly to individual requirements without having to rely on external consultants. Mobile features: The mobile app could offer enhanced features for employees and managers, e.g. more detailed reports or better possibilities to manage working time arrangements directly from your smartphone.
