What do you like most?

We have used Askås for many years and can highly recommend them - especially for companies that have high demands and want to be able to customise their shop based on their own ideas. The team is always easy to work with and shows great commitment when we have requested special functions. They are also relatively quick to fix bugs in a system that is continuously improved with new features.

What do you like least?

The administration interface can sometimes be perceived as cluttered, with more advanced settings. Some older functions that are no longer in use are still present and may interfere with the overview. However, this does not affect daily work to any great extent.

What business-critical problems do you feel Askås solves?

In the event of technical problems, such as server disruptions or order-related errors, we have always received fast and efficient help. It is clear that Askås cares about its customers and does its utmost to support them. We feel that the platform is reliable, and our visitors get a fast and stable shopping experience.

What do you like most?

Ease of use, access to functionality and personalised contact.

What do you like least?

Nothing in particular but may wish for more attention and ownership around certain types of bugs that may arise around links to e.g. Svea

Dedicated developers who feel like a natural part of our internal team.

What do you like least?

That there is much about Askås as a platform that is outdated & that each third-party player means an extra licence cost from Askås. Other players often have it as part of their open API strategy, which means that you do not add expensive internal licence costs from the platform player. Then that Askås as a platform is not completely user-friendly. It would need to be made even more user-friendly. A little too much "From developer to developer"
