Arbinn

Arbinn is the Norwegian Confederation of Trade and Industry's employer portal, which contains useful information and guidance on topics such as hiring, dismissals, layoffs, etc. You must be a member of NHO to benefit from all guides, templates and other resources. Members get access to NHO's excel tool for equal pay mapping, which helps to create job groups so that work of equal value can be compared. In addition, the tool includes a report showing women's average salary as a percentage of men's average salary in the different groups and for the different salary types.

All types of companies can become members of NHO. The membership fee is calculated on the basis of the company's wage payments in the previous year.
