Being dependent on technology, when the technology does not work for various reasons. Can also be due to user error, not necessarily supplier error.

What business-critical problems do you feel Ad Curis solves?

Free up time for carers. Contributes to standardisation, better interaction with and engagement of patients via AdVoca.

What do you like most?

Ad Curis is much more than a "traditional" electronic health record system. Ad Curis is an all-in-one EHR system - a toolbox for digital health. The integrated digital interaction solution is both unique and forward-looking. By collecting structured data (before, during and after the rehabilitation stay) and using the data more consciously throughout the patient journey, we can achieve "precision rehabilitation" in the future, i.e. providing the right treatment to the right patient at the right time.

What do you like least?

Nothing to complain about.

What business-critical problems do you feel Ad Curis solves?

Helps save time in work processes and reduces invisible labour. Better control over data flow and data security. Data can be extracted and used for statistics, reporting, evaluation and research. Contributes to higher (and more consistent) quality of care.

What do you like most?

Ad Curis develops its offerings and meets the needs we have. For us, it's important to be competitive in an evolving healthcare system, so we need our systems to adapt continuously. We want our employees to be able to spend as much time as possible with patients and as little time as possible logged into the systems.

What do you like least?

Ad Curis has many opportunities and possible customer groups. It is therefore important that we adapt the centre settings so that only the necessary screens and opportunities are presented to our employees. For optimum function, there should be good super users who customise and facilitate.

What business-critical problems do you feel Ad Curis solves?

More and more traditional mail is being replaced by digital dialogue. This increases security and the time we spend on administration. We are a business in continuous growth, which is why we have implemented more and more measures around access management. The aim is for employees to have access to what they need, and our goal is that you shouldn't have access to more than you need. There are good opportunities for access management at various levels in Ad Curis.
