The holistic approach to administrative processes, which means I don't have to jump between several systems. In practical terms, I feel that I get time for what I really want as a project manager.

What do you like least?

If I have to mention something, there is of course a small learning curve to realise the full potential. But I am super happy!

When administration takes up too much time, the focus is taken away from creating value in the project, and the costs of inefficiencies increase. The tool frees up resources to focus on strategy, quality and customer relations.

Analysing the profitability of different customers and customer categories in a very easy way. Previously, I sat and did the analysis by looking in three different systems at the same time, but since everything is integrated and everything is gathered in one place PLUS I get ready-made AI analyses makes it incredibly easy. Many contracts that we thought we had good profitability on turned out to barely go plus - which gave us a good basis to act on.
