Pros
Goava lowers the threshold for salespeople to find new potential customers. The time-consuming and sometimes mentally taxing process makes Goava's platform smooth.
After setting the parameters, you get good suggestions for prospects that give you new companies to contact.
After identifying potential prospects, there is an incredible amount of information right there for you to be relevant in your dialogue with potential customers.
The seriousness of the employees and the fact that they are not "pressure sellers" but try to understand their client and assist in the best way possible.
Capturing new customers. The ease of use. Professional approach, a real person behind the chat.

We have been running Goava for about 6 months and so far there is nothing we like the least.
If you have several different groups within the company that have slightly different interests and target groups, it is difficult to get the parameters to be relevant to everyone. Especially in the beginning before AI gets going and also goes on the user's behaviour.
