Simple and clear platform! Like that you can synchronise meeting time suggestions to the work calendar.

Cons
Would have been cool to be able to integrate interview templates into the system, but heard that it is well underway.
Unfortunately, it's not possible to switch off the candidate's option to ask for references. This is potentially a waste of time and can create an unpleasant experience.
