Easy and self-instructional, and fast support
The simple yet functional layout and operation .
Telink is very user-friendly and packed with features. Super fast technical support if something goes wrong or if we need to change something. I have never experienced support that is so fast. It's flexible in that you can control it both from your computer or phone. Our contact person at Amanda atTelebyrån is absolutely perfect and knowledge that is always available. Worth as much as possible!
Call out from private phone with the company number. Easy to use. Can add dialling keys. Can easily transfer to colleagues. See who is available. Will certainly even more when I used the app more.

No possibility to attach files to addresses/objects
With a lot of customers/users, it becomes a bit overwhelming at some points.
The only thing is that there are frequent updates that sometimes block a connection of calls.
Fairly new to the app so may ask to return with feedback
