Pros

It's easy to get started and get value from the platform. We started by only needing signatures and templates, but over time we needed to be able to manage our contracts as well. It was nice that we didn't have to change systems, but could grow into the system without any problems.
Easy to get started with them and personalised help
We implemented Simple Sign at our company and it has made my internal job much easier. I can easily create new contracts and keep track of existing ones.

Cons

We could use even more templates to inspire our own customisations.
everything feels good right now
We had some requests we wanted to implement that were a bit annoying at first but they actually developed the solution for us so that problem no longer actually exists!
