Pros

The support and simplicity. The staff is responsive if you have input. They are constantly evolving
In addition to the support and reliability, I would like to emphasise their understanding of me as a user. When I decided to change my property system, one of the requirements was online, i.e. a system that was web-based. Integration with Visma e-ekonomi was also a requirement. Nowadays we are in the process of switching to Fortnox and there the system shows strength in simplicity and reliability. A process that works excellently. The system has several smart solutions that I appreciate, such as test notification. The system, together with Real's support, is as good as you can ask for from a support centre. Short waiting times and always a high level of competence that meets me as a user.
The big advantage of Topdesk is that we as customers can adapt the system ourselves to different businesses and needs, as the system is designed so that the customer can easily make major and minor changes that other suppliers charge hundreds of thousands of kronor to adapt. We are not sitting in the lap of a supplier who wants to make money on all our change needs, but we can adapt the system ourselves at no extra cost. It is easy to create templates for case flows based on the processes we work with, which means that we get good control of what, who and how when we handle cases of different kinds.

Searching the drop-down lists could have been simplified
There are areas for improvement, such as layout and small logical changes that are missing to make the system even more user-friendly. Here, their support is responsive and notes amendments for their development department to handle.
See mostly only advantages but wish that the supplier in the Netherlands broadened their perspective a little more as they may have a mindset that is primarily aimed at companies and not at authorities and municipalities. However, the customisation possibilities are very great in the system, which means that most things can be adapted in a way that works really well.
It's a bit too complex to solve some business flows yourself, you need help from consultants
