Pros
The system is very intuitive and has a high level of user-friendliness, making it easy to work in. The process for the signatory is smooth and works very well. It is also very easy to upload our existing agreements into the system. A big advantage is that it is possible to control accesses in a good way. In addition, you get a clear overview and can easily see if there is something that needs to be acted on.
I appreciate the simplicity and overview of eAgreement. It saves both time and administration because everything is handled digitally and signing is quick and traceable. I also like that it reduces the risk of mistakes and lost documents, and that it provides a clear structure and security throughout the contract process.

Cons
At the moment we haven't found anything we don't like, what we have missed has been addressed and solved so that we get it, which is greatly appreciated.
Sometimes the user interface can feel somewhat rigid and less intuitive for more complex contracts, especially when dealing with multiple parties or attachments. It can also take some time to get used to the logic of the system and to get all colleagues on board with the same digital way of working.
