Easy to work in Dataløn, good information/tools, good service via telephone contact
Accessibility / user-friendly and if you need help, there is always help available.
cheap to buy and fairly easy to get into

Sometimes long waiting time to get through on the phone
There are some balance fields I don't like. For example, we count holiday time off in hours, but the balance field says "Holiday time off", so it's quite misleading
but the programme cost us around SEK 100,000 in lost sick pay costs from the Fk.
