Pros

Optimizely is a platform that combines e-commerce with content management systems (CMS) in a unique way compared to many other products. Optimizely's platform does not lock you into functionality, although the framework allows you to quickly come up with a quality web solution.
Everything in one place
Relatively user-friendly, good partner network with many implementations in Sweden.

Cons

Difficult to get an overview of all the functions available in the tool. There is also potential for improvement to manage several e-commerce streams separately in e.g. the analysis tools etc. More e-commerce reports should be included out-of-the-box in the e-commerce platform.
Can't think of anything at the moment
That it is not possible to export customer information from the platform in excel. Should be able to be handled in the same way as product information to maintain the customer register.
