Pros

Fast support, responsive to change, a good system that solves our entire chain backend.
Personalised contact and ease of change. Anton is fantastic too! :)
The breadth of features, Odoo has a lot of tools included as standard.
That Odoo can be scaled according to the needs of the business and that we can use more functionalities over time without having to integrate a new system or pay more.

Cons

A global system so difficult to make quick changes as it affects all customers, but despite that everything has been solved one way or another.
Little presence of Extend. Want Extend to be more exploratory and understand our business. ABC Logic=Obvious
That updating to a new version is a bit too laborious and expensive.
You have to get used to the Odoo terminology. In addition, by default, all users have access rights - which in some cases is not optimal.
