Pros
The Wallester platform is very safe and reliable. I can issue cards for software subscriptions, cloud services or vendor payments without worrying about data breaches or misuse. Management features such as spending limits and card freezes provide peace of mind. Integration with our existing systems was smooth and did not require major IT support.
Wallester gives us full visibility and control over our team's spending. I can set limits, approve or block transactions instantly and assign cards for specific projects or departments. The platform is intuitive and onboarding new employees is quick. I also appreciate how easy it is to reconcile transactions without having to dig through multiple bank statements.
As a bookkeeper for many customers, it's important to be able to work across customers when reviewing new incoming supplier invoices.
This allows me to offer my customers - small and large - exactly the same service.

I would like to see multi-stage approval processes for larger procurements-something that would provide additional oversight for large-value transactions.
More advanced reporting capabilities, such as customised dashboards for long-term spending patterns, would be useful.
I am a very happy user of Nordflow and find it hard to point to anything negative!
I hope that an option will be developed to easily pay suppliers once a month by bank statement.
An accountant's customers are very different, and their ability and willingness to try something new varies greatly. In the transition to Nordflow for all customers, I have had to make greater demands, especially on small customers who have not previously been presented with a similar invoice approval programme. It has been extremely exciting to be involved in the start-up phase of Nordpay, but at the same time it has been a demanding process in relation to individual customers.
