Most things, especially good support
That you can easily go from e.g. lev invoice to supplier
The ease of use. It is easy to navigate and simple enough to understand for a first-time user.
The possibilities the system has for a company and all its departments. I like the saved searches and the reports you can customise. I also like being able to follow all the flows for PO's for example

That it sometimes takes its time with all the requests.
I understand this but am always in a hurry:-)
I have no balance on the account I am posting to in the receipt and I cannot see whether an invoice has been paid in the customer register
There are limitations that make some tasks unnecessarily complicated
I don't like the fact that when you send an email through NetSuite, you can't see it in your regular inbox. I would like to be able to see it there to follow everything quickly and easily
