Pros
There is always good and quick contact for any questions/problems and development of the systems.
The close relationship between us and Emporio, where we get fast and personalised support.
The ease of use. It is easy to navigate and simple enough to understand for a first-time user.
The possibilities the system has for a company and all its departments. I like the saved searches and the reports you can customise. I also like being able to follow all the flows for PO's for example

Cons
Fixes aren't always updated immediately, even if you force it through via Jobs.
The platform is not always intuitive and has some user interface challenges, but it works well when you know where the features are located.
There are limitations that make some tasks unnecessarily complicated
I don't like the fact that when you send an email through NetSuite, you can't see it in your regular inbox. I would like to be able to see it there to follow everything quickly and easily
