Pros
The ease of use. It is easy to navigate and simple enough to understand for a first-time user.
The possibilities the system has for a company and all its departments. I like the saved searches and the reports you can customise. I also like being able to follow all the flows for PO's for example

There are limitations that make some tasks unnecessarily complicated
I don't like the fact that when you send an email through NetSuite, you can't see it in your regular inbox. I would like to be able to see it there to follow everything quickly and easily
It is not always possible to see how the programme has calculated and which customer and purchase orders are included. I know that this is being developed and it is important to get in place
