Easy to manage both by phone and computer.
The simplicity & efficiency the programme brings
Save an incredible amount of time. Ensures that reports arrive when linked to an order.
The simplicity for us users and that it is very affordable compared to other systems we have tried!

A bit too much info in the beginning before you learnt how to use it.
Haven't found anything yet!
When searching previous reports, I don't see a search box, I have to "browse"
Missing statistics but it is in progress
