In practice, this helps us move towards continuous competence management and provides management, front-line staff, teams and specialists themselves with a clear view of the progress of strategic competence development.

Customer service is very smooth and fast. I think this is a big plus in this day and age, where suggestions for improvement are taken on board, things are taken forward and help comes immediately. The content production tool is easy to use and intuitive, well suited to the decentralised content production model. The online course platform is clear and user-friendly thanks to the learning path structure.
