Pros

User-friendly, smooth and clear
The flexibility of the system is what appeals to me most. I love being able to keep an eye on how our employees perceive their daily lives at all times!
It is very neat and easy to use. The support for OSA is a big plus.
The analysis and support to implement improvements. Then overall, Workly feels very easy and smooth to use.

Cons

Some questions don't feel relevant to the office environment
Challenging to know how to work with the data we receive as effectively as possible to bring about the changes needed internally
Just small things, they have been very responsive and listened to our views.
The only thing I can think of is that there have been some minor bugs. But that's the way it is with all systems and it feels like they handled it in a good way.
