User-friendly, smooth and clear
The flexibility of the system is what appeals to me most. I love being able to keep an eye on how our employees perceive their daily lives at all times!

Some questions don't feel relevant to the office environment
Challenging to know how to work with the data we receive as effectively as possible to bring about the changes needed internally
Would like to have more time with them but it is also a budget issue.
Perhaps sometimes you would like to have more comparisons within your own sector.
