Easy to work in Dataløn, good information/tools, good service via telephone contact
Accessibility / user-friendly and if you need help, there is always help available.
Simple and user-friendly payroll software that gets the job done. We also appreciate the quick response from the provider

Sometimes long waiting time to get through on the phone
There are some balance fields I don't like. For example, we count holiday time off in hours, but the balance field says "Holiday time off", so it's quite misleading
Not modern but very simple
