Pros

Simplicity. Focus on sales features which is what we asked for.
That they quickly fix something if we need some function that does not exist. Then good overview of customer. Quick feedback if something should go wrong which hardly happens. Customer search with all companies from the Swedish Companies Registration Office
We chose Lime Go to keep track of customer meetings, prospecting and pipeline. The tool has made it easier to get an overview and less time is spent on administration.
