Pros

We chose Lime Go to keep track of customer meetings, prospecting and pipeline. The tool has made it easier to get an overview and less time is spent on administration.
That you can fill in the next steps and receive reminders.
The simplicity of signing across countries, IDs, etc.
Stability, overview, templates, access and sharing. Happy customer for more than 8 years.

We have nothing to complain about at the moment
That you cannot have a folder system among the documents.
Hmm... I don't think I have anything here, maybe little things about finding things and understanding the UI if you don't use it that often.
