Pros
That there are never problems and it just works.
LEKAB offers good service
Relatively easy to use and that we can communicate in many different channels in several markets with a good overview. Seems to be quite similar to other options we have reviewed.

Have nothing to complain about.
Difficult to think of anything
Had some problems with support cases, but by and large worked as it should. Wasn't the cheapest option when we reviewed it but seemed best for us.
