The usability of the portal (i.e. the end-user experience) and how easy it is to create courses (for the administrator)
Once the course is created, it's easy to make ongoing updates and customisations, ensuring that employees have access to up-to-date and relevant knowledge at all times. In addition, there is a great support team that helps whenever you need it, both via email and phone.
Everything! Monotree is by far the best digital tool I've used in a work context. One thing is the app itself - it's simple, user-friendly both for us who develop content - but also for the employees who use it operationally in everyday life. But most importantly, Monotree has created enormous cultural value in terms of culture, well-being and community. "Monotree connects us in management with our people out in the restaurants - suddenly we're all on the same page and we work much more easily towards common goals.

The opacity of the different functions of the many buttons and the fact that there are several different statistics modules depending on how you access the statistics module.
The system can sometimes be slow to load pages, which negatively affects the user experience. In addition, the language used in the documentation and communication from the supplier is often very technical and specialised, which can make it difficult to understand for users without a technical background.
Nothing - I'm probably one of the world's biggest Monotree ambassadors. I simply love this app
