Pros
Lantero's whistleblowing platform is easy to use and especially to implement as the implementation does not require any customer specific tailoring or implementation.
They are fast, can offer a one-stop shop for whistleblowing laws and have a high level of service.
The platform is so intuitive and easy to use. There are not complicated processes to set up and get started. Their customer support is also very helpful and very responsive.
Professional approach, good service and a well-functioning tool.

As the need for whistleblowing service expands, more supported languages (such as German, French and Spanish) may be needed in the future.
The formatting of the text (if you don't want to use the default text they provide) - when highlighting a word it formats the whole paragraph instead of just that word.
It would be good to be able to choose the language.
