Pros
Having both Travel and Time connected saves time and risk of misinterpretation against other systems. Easy to use and all in the same app for staff to manage.
User-friendly for both manager and employee. We have only had Time for a month but we are already super happy. We want to send a big thank you to Kontek's staff who built Time for us and who are always nice, helpful, are so good at their job and have answers to all questions and are happy to show how to make a setting, etc.
The employees now get a better picture of their month and can now take responsibility for the time report being correct. So good to be able to submit absence applications both from the app and via the computer so we do not have to apply on paper.
What I like about the software is the user-friendly interface and the many useful dialogue boxes.
The design is very good and the ability to parameterise and maintain the software almost entirely by yourself brings great benefits.

The printout of excel reports
To ensure that all features/scenarios are tested during a release upgrade, support/guidance would be helpful.
Improved planning options. Especially for service providers who often work and plan by shifts and not by employees. Data management for service-centred planning is very high and inflexible, making it difficult to plan and invoice complex workdays (work changes during the day)
The licence model is not suitable for certain industries.
