Pros

To have all HR processes in the same system and that you can "build" your own tabs that are visible in the personnel register for different types of cases. It has been so much fun to be a super user while we implemented Employee to understand the system more and be able to train the managers later. O so incredibly talented people at Kontek who are always helpful and have solutions to most things.
Simple, intuitive, good system.
Flexibility and the common thread throughout the talks
Good way to find out what employees think about the organisation. Important that everyone has the opportunity to express their opinion. Good basis for constructive discussions. Stimulates employee participation when results are presented and discussed

Cons

Possibility to take out reports with specific info, would be great if there were more choices.
A lot needs to be done per company; if you have many companies, it becomes very time-consuming. Similarly, reports and statistics also become more difficult with many companies.
A little difficult to find among the range of questions.
There are no direct flaws in the system. It's a bit of a learning curve when you first get started and the system works better every year when you have something to refer back to. The first year is always a little slow. On the other hand, this is probably the case with most systems that are implemented.
