The Storyals are committed to the success of our training programme as a company. They are friendly, service orientated and interested.
The training programmes are available at any time and are easy to absorb. They are available on both mobile and desktop.
The best thing about Jahopp is the breadth of features and the ability to customise the platform to our customers' needs. We use the system to train both individuals and subcontractors on our products, and thanks to Jahopp we can create different training flows, certification steps and experiences - completely customised to the target audience.
It's a powerful tool that gives us full control, yet it's so user-friendly that our customers can manage almost entirely without support. The platform makes it easy to maintain high engagement, which we see directly in our user data.
In my role, I particularly appreciate the smooth and user-friendly interface that Jahopp LMS offers. The platform makes it easy to manage and follow up on contracts and training material, saving both time and resources. In addition, the system offers robust reporting tools that provide a clear overview of our training activities and participants' progress. This functionality helps to ensure that we always fulfil our obligations and helps us to maintain high standards in our training activities.

Cons
Our staff did not fully recognise themselves in the environments and uses exemplified in the videos. Some contained a mixture of work and private use of Microsoft tools, which of course can be good to show. But in a work context, we would have liked more clarity in more good examples for use in work situations.
The Storyals Lite and Microsoft 365 courses have helped us improve our internal communication and efficiency. We have noticed a clear increase in productivity and a better working environment. The instructors have been engaging and knowledgeable, making the trainings both interesting and rewarding.
What I miss most is a wider range of ready-made training courses from external providers directly in the platform. We have a need to supplement our own courses with, for example, safety training, standardised certifications and other industry-relevant knowledge. The potential for a broader ecosystem of ready-made content is there, and it would make Jahopp even more valuable - both for us and for our customers.
