Pros
I like that it is user friendly for both the end user and the administrator. It has been easy to understand how the system is structured to get the most out of it as a customer.
We had been looking for almost two years for the perfect software. In the end we landed on Ispring because of the good price and their functionalities which we found to be ahead of the other options. This LMS tool is very good for internal trainings.
The great user experience and how the platform personalises the learning journey. An accommodating and dedicated team!

Works worse on Mac than PC
I can think that it is a bit too square when you have to get your reports out of the system. It is not so easy to customise.
Sana has a strong vision and clear innovation agenda. The platform is continuously improved, which makes it sometimes difficult to keep up with the changes taking place.
