Pros
Good payroll engine. Rarely gets errors on payroll
We have had few problems within our team since we introduced Hrplus and we are very happy with the results.

Cons
The HR parts are substandard in the opinion of our HR department, e.g. sickness/rehab, competence, LAS, employment, employee interviews. Should be better functionality for users in these modules. Not having to buy other systems to make this work... Above all, being able to add attachments, e.g. for employee interviews and rehab investigations, and that these should be able to be deleted after a fixed term or after termination of employment.
Visma should spend more time on testing, before changes are put into production. Today, many correction versions and we as customers sometimes find errors.
There is nothing I consider less good
