The possibility of gathering everything in one place.
Easy to build training programmes
Easy to learn and manage, user-friendly, flexible, multiple portal sites that can be customised.
I like that it is user friendly for both the end user and the administrator. It has been easy to understand how the system is structured to get the most out of it as a customer.
We had been looking for almost two years for the perfect software. In the end we landed on Ispring because of the good price and their functionalities which we found to be ahead of the other options. This LMS tool is very good for internal trainings.

It is important that it is easy for end users. For example, it is not easy for managers to manage the booking of certified training courses.
Nothing immediate - new features are constantly being developed
Works worse on Mac than PC
I can think that it is a bit too square when you have to get your reports out of the system. It is not so easy to customise.
