Pros

The tool is very useful for the agency's change work and a natural part of our systematic work environment management, both at section level and across the agency. Many good and useful functions for seeing developments and analysing the need for action. The portal/interface is perceived as easy to use and with a modern look.
CatalystOne Engage has been a strong tool for capturing meaningful employee feedback at scale. The surveys are easy for our teams to respond to, and the insights are clear and actionable - making it much easier for the leadership to spot trends early and turn engagement data into real improvements.
We constantly keep track of what our employees think and feel
The user-friendliness of the tool and the fact that each manager gets their own results! This allows them to see for themselves what the trends are in their teams and to get recommendations on what they can do to improve a specific area, such as personal development or motivation.

Primarily, it is a managerial tool where you get the right amount of data, but as HR, you may be missing some data, such as the total percentage of the organisation that has responded to a survey or eNPS benchmarking.
