A very simple and flexible solution with a user-friendly platform that is a concrete valuable support for business development. Being able to quickly get an overview of the current situation and at the same time easily analyse and follow developments over time is a good support in the work.

The user-friendliness of the tool and the fact that each manager gets their own results! This allows them to see for themselves what the trends are in their teams and to get recommendations on what they can do to improve a specific area, such as personal development or motivation.

Cons

The layout of the powerpoint presentations as well as limited possibilities in being able to create presentations from different selections in the platform.
What I appreciate the least is that the surveys come quite often, which makes it difficult to reflect properly each time.

Primarily, it is a managerial tool where you get the right amount of data, but as HR, you may be missing some data, such as the total percentage of the organisation that has responded to a survey or eNPS benchmarking.
