Pros

What I like most about Trilliant is its ability to create a strategic link to the development of the individual expert. The platform allows us to directly link our competence development objectives to our broader business strategy and the objectives of two different teams: Consulting & Projects and Small Development & Maintenance. Best of all, Trilliant's development discussion tool guides high-quality dialogue and encourages employees to reflect on their contribution to the business as a whole. In practice, this helps us move towards continuous competence management and provides management, front-line staff, teams and specialists themselves with a clear view of the progress of strategic competence development.
Customer service is very smooth and fast. I think this is a big plus in this day and age, where suggestions for improvement are taken on board, things are taken forward and help comes immediately. The content production tool is easy to use and intuitive, well suited to the decentralised content production model. The online course platform is clear and user-friendly thanks to the learning path structure.
Very user-friendly even for the completely non-technical with low digital maturity. Everyone understands what and how to use the system. There are no support questions from users to deal with.
It's very easy to work in Evercate and you can reach the right people in the stores. But above all, the follow-up is worth its weight in gold. It's not just a lot of numbers, but a clear follow-up that you can actually do something with.

Cons

There's really nothing bad to say. Of course, Trilliant is a relatively new service, so there have been some occasional minor glitches in the interface. However, these have only been minor hiccups that are quickly overcome. The service has shown continuous development and improvement during our time using it.
At least there is not yet much AI in the background to make role-specific recommendations or to facilitate the search for individual needs/themes. For the same reason, the system does not lend itself to language translations without manual work.
Nothing really, actually. Evercate does what it promises, and what I as a customer expect.
Not really a problem. But if I have to say something, it's a bit of a trade-off that it's so easy to get content out quickly without having to think about layout or design. It does its job well, and is certainly neat and educational, but sometimes I wish I had more control over some small details.
