Pros
The ability to customise and change setups yourself. In addition, Elvium works well in a voluntary chain like XL-BYG.
Its very intuitive - easy for managers to access candidates, see relevant info, rate and act. Very important for us that managers without IT skills to navigate easy in the system, Elvium delivers on this. There is also direct, personal and fast support.
Wopify is so smooth, simple and flexible. User-friendliness is the focus for both recruiters and candidates, which means that time is not wasted on unnecessary administration or technical hassle. So happy!

Some actions are not easy to find - this could be made more obvious.
We haven't experienced anything not working. elvium is usually good at communicating when there is a major update. We have been customers since before covid and experienced a safe communication throughout. And we will probably be a customer for many years to come.
Would have been cool to be able to integrate interview templates into the system, but heard that it is well underway.
