Pros
The flexibility of having all legislative changes and deviations in the same system. Simple flow for deviation management. The division of laws means that only those affected by legal changes receive the information, there is no overflow of information that ends up on everyone's table.
We appreciate EcoTech's system which allows us to actively work on our goals and provides us with an organised overview of our company's current status. We also appreciate that they are easy-going and accommodating to work with. As a newcomer to the industry, I have also attended a "training course" at EcoTech where they helped me understand the functions and a sustainable way of working. We also like that they easily update all the laws directly in the system, where they also have the "reading receipts" function that each employee leaves after they have read through the document, which gives us a good overview of how the employees stay up to date.
Easy to use but at the same time you can set up the templates according to your own needs. Gather all data in one place from procurement through the project to management. Flexible and scalable, suitable for both small and large projects.

A little awkward sometimes when handling deviations if there are several different responsible parties involved. But it can usually be solved with the advanced module.
