Pros
What I need in terms of functionality at a reasonable price. In addition, the customer service is very fast, pleasant and solution-orientated.
Easyquest offers solutions that are very user-friendly and that match our company's needs. They understand the value of good co-operation and customer satisfaction, and we are particularly satisfied with the follow-up both before, during and after the completion of the "survey". Very cooperative and solution-oriented.
It is very neat and easy to use. The support for OSA is a big plus.
The analysis and support to implement improvements. Then overall, Workly feels very easy and smooth to use.

Cons
Could have had a slightly better graphical interface to the customer

Just small things, they have been very responsive and listened to our views.
The only thing I can think of is that there have been some minor bugs. But that's the way it is with all systems and it feels like they handled it in a good way.
