Pros
The tool is very useful for the agency's change work and a natural part of our systematic work environment management, both at section level and across the agency.
Many good and useful functions for seeing developments and analysing the need for action.
The portal/interface is perceived as easy to use and with a modern look.
CatalystOne Engage has been a strong tool for capturing meaningful employee feedback at scale. The surveys are easy for our teams to respond to, and the insights are clear and actionable - making it much easier for the leadership to spot trends early and turn engagement data into real improvements.
Quick and easy to set up surveys

Cons
Nothing that I can think of.
I can't think of anything right now.
"I don't think Easyquest has any special features that are a significant drawback. There are always some things you wish were a little different, but that's been the case with the systems we've used in the past too.
